Egg Curry

If you are in the mood for quick and tasty food we have egg curry for you. Egg curry is easy and hassle-free. Not much goes into the making of preparing the curry. 

Preparation: Just heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger paste. Now, Saute the ingredients for a few minutes until the onions turn translucent. Once the onions are translucent add some turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Stir it well. Now add the tomato puree(Can skip the step if you like spicy food), salt, and boiled eggs. Boil the curry for 10 to 15 minutes until you see the eggs are coated well with the curry.

Aloo Kurkure

If you are in a mood for something crispy here is something for you. Your love for potatoes is something we adore and time is money we know!  It’s a recipe of potatoes, mint leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds powder, lemon juice, and salt. Shape the mixture into round balls and keep them aside.

Preparation: Start with mixing the Boiled potatoes mint leaves, green chilies, cumin seeds powder, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Shape the mixture into round balls and keep them aside. Take some plain flour in a different utensil and add little water to make a thick and smooth paste. Dip the potato slices in the flour batter than in rice flakes and make sure to coat them evenly.  Heat oil in another kadhai and deep-fry the potato balls a few at a time till they are golden brown in color.

Bindi Fry

If you have a jiffy to cook a vegetable, pick bhindi and fry it because it won’t take much of your time. If you don’t like the stickiness of the lady’s finger then this is the right recipe for you.

Preparations: Wash and dry the bhindi, cut both the ends and cut into two-inch-long pieces. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds. When they turn brown, add the onions and saute till the mixture turns light golden. Add the green chilies and saute for half a minute. Add the bhindi and sprinkle the red chili, coriander, and turmeric powders. Mix well. Add the salt and amchur. When the bhindi is almost cooked, increase the heat and cook for two minutes.

Himachal Ki Maggi

The taste of the mountains and cold breeze hits different when you have Maggi in the Himalayas. You need Maggi packets, onion finely chopped, green chili, ginger, garlic, and salt to taste. 

Preparation: Add oil to a pan and stir fry all the ingredients leaving the Maggi. Add Maggi noodles and water and salt to taste. Let this boil for a bit and use Maggi masala now. Once the water is to the level you like switch off the flame and Maggi is ready to be served now.
