If you are in a mood for something crispy here is something for you. Your love for potatoes is something we adore and time is money we know! It’s a recipe of potatoes, mint leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds powder, lemon juice, and salt. Shape the mixture into round balls and keep them aside.
Preparation: Start with mixing the Boiled potatoes mint leaves, green chillies, cumin seeds powder, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl. Shape the mixture into round balls and keep them aside. Take some plain flour in a different utensil and add little water to make a thick and smooth paste. Dip the potato slices in the flour batter than in rice flakes and make sure to coat them evenly. Heat oil in another kadhai and deep-fry the potato balls a few at a time till they are golden brown in colour.
Egg Curry With Rice Or Chapati

Preparation: Just heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger paste. Now, Saute the ingredients for a few minutes until the onions turn translucent. Once the onions are translucent add some turmeric powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder, and red chilli powder. Stir it well. Now add the tomato puree(Can skip the step if you like spicy food), salt, and boiled eggs. Boil the curry for 10 to 15 minutes until you see the eggs are coated well with the curry.
Crispy Lady Finger
If you have a jiffy to cook a vegetable, pick bhindi and fry it because it won’t take much of your time. If you don’t like the stickiness of the lady’s finger then this is the right recipe for you.
Preparations: Wash and dry the bhindi, cut both the ends and cut into two-inch-long pieces. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds. When they turn brown, add the onions and saute till the mixture turns light golden. Add the green chillies and saute for half a minute. Add the bhindi and sprinkle the red chilli, coriander and turmeric powders. Mix well. Add the salt and amchur (only if you want the sweet and sour taste). When the bhindi is almost cooked, increase the heat and cook for two minutes.
